    In order for someone to be grateful first you have to be grateful to yourself and others around them. For example, you can thank your parents for supporting you in the worst of times or congratulating you of your win. Other examples might come in either the large or little things in life that makes you happy, you just need to open up towards them.

      Being grateful also means not only to be grateful to others but to yourself. Being grateful to yourself is the most important because if your not you will not be happy.

    Being involved doesn't just mean to just help out and join in once or twice in the group but to join in and help out all the time. If you become more involved in the positive things in life, the more you will grow in the your own character, personality, or even the people around. Getting involved can also be doing something for your community and helping your community grow.

4.Be Clean

       Being clean has different meanings towards it which can be being healthy, not having a criminal record , not having anything bad on you, and etc. Being clean can mean all of those things and being clean can improve your state of life, feelings, and more. Being clean can improve your Life by not getting into trouble and have a clean record. If you don"t have a clean record then bad things will start happening towards you or the people around you, depends on what you do. We all have different choices to make, whether their good or bad. The real chose is whether it is something that will not harm you or others which you will stay clean. Or, choose the other option that will harm you or others you love which means you will not stay clean for long.

5.Be True

       Sometimes it can be hard to be true or in other meaning truthful. Being truthful can help you become a better person in life and also improve the ones around you

6.Be Positive

           Being positive will take time depending on the person but at the end we all become positive in once our lives. Being positive can help you to become a better person to yourself and others around you along with their perks. Becoming positive can help yourself by becoming a better person. This will make yourself feel happy and accomplished with yourself. Being positive just doesn't mean to be happy all the time and helping others, its about bringing others spirit up as well.

7.Be Humble

                 There are many ways to be humble like for example you can be kind, polite, a good sport, uplifting, and many more. As to most of these ways you first need to be humble to yourself in the beginning. You first have to be humble to yourself because if your not humble to yourself then you won't proceed to be accomplishing anything because you won't have the satisfaction when you accomplish a goal. You must be confident in yourself  in order to proceed and then, you will finally be humble to yourself. You must also be humble to the people around too.

              It is important to be still because if you are still for one moment in your life you start to notice something. You notice the little things in life that you don't notice when your too busy. Being still can also mean to

         The 9 ways to be happy and make something of your self has impacted my life significantly. It impacted me by thinking more about the little things in life  and how they make me more happier. The 9 ways also helped by making me think more about myself and how I can improve myself to be a better person. I also think more about the ways I can also help out others who need uplifting in their lives when their feeling down.
