High Achievers....

1. Make no small plans: Plan BIG

  If you plan big you will have more opportunities than if you plan small. If you plan small you will enclose yourself only doing that curtain thing rather if you plan big. If you plan big you'll be open to more and different ideas rather than enclosing yourself to one curtain thing. For example if you would like to be a doctor, you'll have to explore lots of options to become a doctor but, if that doesn't work out you already have a second option and work your way to that different career. If you plan small you'll have difficulty if your career doesn't work out and you no longer have a second option because you didn't think big enough. You must always Plan big just in case things doesn't go your way you'll always have a backup plan.

2. Do what they fear

   If you try and face your fear for the first time it will be scary at first and you will try to run, and that's OK. The first encounter is always scary, but if you continue to face it you will finally overcome that fear.


3. Are willing to prepare
    If you are willing to prepare not just for career but for your future you will succeed in it. It is always important to plan ahead because if your original plan doesn't work then you won't know what to do next. The people who are willing to be prepared are the people who will achieve great things due to their backup plan.

4. Are willing to risk failure

    Willing to accept failure is hard in the beginning, mostly because you don't want to feel that you have failed to do that objective or goal. Failure is hard to deal with but once you've overcome it, failure will just be another way of saying to try a different plan or strategy. You must be willing to accept failure in order for you to become a high achiever. If you don't accept failure then you won't be able to move on to another plan that might work. For example if you continue a plan that isn't working but you are persistant then you will never find the true plan that will work. Willing to accept failure just doesn't go along with plans but also goes along with your with your surroundings as well.

5. Are teachable

      High achievers are teachable because they learn from their past or present mistakes and they can learn from that. It can also be that if they don't know the cause or they don't know why, someone can teach them about the problem and learn from that. While some are teachable and cooperative, others don't want to be taught or cooperate with others. The people who don't want to be taught are not going to be high achievers. If they can't be taught then they won't be able to learn how to solve a problem that comes up in their lives. This also goes along with people who don't want to cooperate because if you don't cooperate with others you won't get any new knowledge that comes from them. That's why it is important why you should be teachable.

6.  Have heart

       Having a heart is the at most important when you are trying to become a high achiever because if you respect others around you and have a heart they will respect you and help you along the way. If you don't have a heart and disrespect others then they will treat you the same way and you will be on your own. Having a heart just doesn't mean to respect someone but to be also nice and kind to them as well.

Importance of Setting Goals                  It is important to set goals because if you don't set goals for yourself then you won't try and push yourself as much as others do. Setting goals can help you in many ways like: pushing yourself to accomplish your goal, you'll feel more achieved if you set a goal to do it, and it helps to be more focused on what your doing. To start off, It helps you push yourself because you are eager to accomplish that goal so it pushes you to your limit.
